Without You



What will I do

without you around?

Where will I go from here?

Without your voice, without a sound

I know the end of ‘us’ is near



Your voice not there to comfort me

Not waking to your face

It breaks my heart to live without you,

to lose your warm embrace



You won’t know when tears fall down my cheek

and trickle to my pillow

My heart fills with all my fears

as I’m forced to let you go



In dreams I reach out to you

but you step away from my touch

I fall hopeless and in misery

I have lost my best friend, my crutch



You disappear from my sight

as if you were never really there,

just an illusion of my heart

but still I sit and stare



Unable to collect my thoughts

I am left with confusion and despair

How will I go on without you?

This just doesn’t seem fair







it isn't done but I figured I would post it now.

Let me know what you think.... honestly. I swear I wont hold it against anybody just or telling me their opinion :no just please, be nice about it.... even if it is the worst thing you have read in your entire life :lol

Becca this is amazing, not because it was simply written, but because its emotion on paper. Some people can't convey their feelings properly, but you've made it look so easy, thats truly amazing.

You reach out and no one is there

you have always helped them. How is that fair?



Lost in the night without a friend

would it be so bad if it all should end?

Your cries unheard, another tear shed

Now, i'll just sit here 'roasting' my marshmellows until you update again dont think i wont! i have mad stamina dammit! lol



on a serious note, i liked that alot ( it'll always be one word for me!), although all the saddness wasn't good, i was like 'OHMYHAM nonononono' hahaha, okay, you can stop reading now, i'll just humbly continue to roast my mellow marsh's...

Hahaha Thanks Bellybean!... yeah I only write poetry when I'm depressy so that's about all you are going to get as far as emotion. I haven't been uberly depressed in a while though so the writing isn't there.... maybe sometime soon? I hope not
