Hello everyone, my name is Shane i'm 25. i have been reading fan fics for a few years now some of my favourites include the confidential series(pretty much all of laraghs fics), hellebore, and van rosenberg. recently i decided to bite the bullet and write my own W/T fic I will be posting my first chapter on here a little bit later (i have a long way to go so please be critical but kind ) i'd also really like to make some new friends.

Hey, everyone!. I thought I should post my introduction and let you know it's been years I come here to read good fics about my two platonic loves and fill my heart with a little warm. I think I singed up not long ago, but have been coming to read a lot earlier. I don't usually leave feedback because my english sucks (I'm Argentinian). I can read it almost as my own language, but when the time comes to write it gets difficult (imagine speaking it). Well, that's all, just to let you know there's another silent kitten out there, or in here.
Thank you all for the wonderful stories and keeping our ladies alive...

Um....hi.

I haven't been here since 2005, possibly early 2006... anyway, it's been a minute.

Lots of changes in my life since then. 95% positive. Marriage, house, solid job, many fur-babies. One bout with cancer, that I handily won (yay for modern meds).

I'm a fanfic author, primarily. You can find almost my entire catalog of works here in the Pens Archives, or at jasmydae.com/wt/stories.php as well as some stragglers at uberwillowtara.com.

I've got some unfinished things here from '04 and '05 that I'm dusting off and attempting to finish. But, I will wait to post them until they are truly done (as in, beginning-middle-end...not necessarily polished to a shine).

Anyway, it's nice/weird to be back. Hope everyone is well.

I've actually been lurking around this board for a while and finally decided to "de-lurk" and be polite and introduce myself.

Not sure how much to share yet. I'm actually pretty new to the whole Buffy thing and the Willow/Tara thing. Basically, the stupidity that happened on The 100 happened, and a bunch of my friends were saying "It's Willow and Tara all over again" and I had no idea (color me super-ignorant) what they meant and one of them pointed me here.

I devoured the "Lesbian Cliche FAQ" and then I started devouring Buffy (basically turned my eyeballs inside-out binge-watching...wish my friends would have clued me in to Tara not showing up until S4, oh well). Finally, I started devouring W/T Fanfic. Basically, I devoured. LOL

Wow, I am talking a lot here.

I'm so glad that I found you guys and I will try to be more sociable.

So, I started watching Buffy again and then thought of this place. I wondered if it was still here, and well... it is! To my surprise! Good surprise, that is.

I've had the writing bug bite me recently, and thought of trying my hand at some W/T goodness. I've posted here before, twice... So I was thinking, why not do it again?

So, this is just me saying: Hello Again Kittens!

I'm working on a story right now, I've got about 30 pages written in MS Word. I'm a tad frustrated though because, copy/pasting it into the pens editor doesn't register the line breaks. I've found a macro for the BBCode, but the line breaks are doing my head in.

If anyone has an idea of how I could implement an easy way to convert Word line breaks to... well, whatever would work in the editor... Would you be so kind as to letting me know?

Just to clarify, if you're asking about a paragraph/hard break i.e what happens when you press Enter in Word, then what you should do for board formatted text is Replace all paragraph marks with double paragraph marks in your Word doc

Process way: Replace>More>Special>Paragraph Mark
Copy the caret+p in the Find what field and double paste into the Replace with field. Click Replace All

Easy way:
Ctrl+h>Find ^p>Replace with ^p^p>Replace All.

i actually wrote some fics on here a while ago but i dont remember my password. that's okay though because they weren't very good. im probably gonna start writing again
