Touch Me, Touch Me Not

During The Body, when they're at the dinner table, holding hands. I let my imagination take over when Tara asks Willow if she wants her to rub her tummy. Yummy!!

There are a couple of scenes in WAY. The scene where Willow grabs Tara's hand to take her to meet "Buffy." Tara gets this gorgeous smile on her face. Unfortunately, Willow lets go of Tara's hand before she gets to Buffy.

Second, Willow sits on the arm of the chair Tara is sitting in even though there were plenty of other chairs.

Third, the way Tara touches Willow during the anointing scene. She goes very slowly as if she is savouring the moments. Also, this is the same path most people would take when they are making love:
1) Forehead
2) Lips
3) Chest

*ahem* IMO its the little touches that give me goosebumps and leave me smiling like the village idiot. not that i'm opposed to the odd kissy, its just that those scene make me feel like.. nevermind.
my fav scenes have all been mentioned here already, but i will mention the touches in the last few eps of season5 when tara had that unfortunate thing happen to her. you could just see the love and care in the both of them. oh! and a special mention to the back caresses during the dance in family..

i have to agree with dr. g. we haven't seen bedroom eyes that good since the noir films of the forties and fifties.

and when she flicks her eyes downward for a second, there can be no mistaking just what those eyes are asking...

Hmmm no W/T thread on page one of our W/T board, heh heh, well gotta fix that pronto.

To get past the unfortunate W/T not being togetherness of the moment, I have been watching S4 eps again. Hmmm, we have been much spoiled with the physical contact stuff this season, but it is still as much fun to watch all these little subtle touches from way back then that show their chemistry and love just as well as a big smooch does, or so I think. Oh and just to be clear, I *do* want that big make-up smooch. Preferably like nowish, anyway...

In Where the Wild Things are, just after they leave the haunted house, you can briefly glimps Tara touching Willow's shoulder, hmmm like Xita said, early on it seemed like Willow was the one initiating all the touching (this ep also has Willow going for Tara's knee again ), this just struck me as very sweet.

Ah and it is not a touch, but I loved the way Tara jumped in to distract Buffy when she began to realise that someone so not Willow had spilled something purpley on Buffy's new shirt.

ergh, this thread is making me more and more motivated to make a W/T moments video for myself... it's so annoying, all that rewinding and fast-forwarding to find all my favorite bits.

I really like the Willow/Tara interaction in "Spiral." When they get into the Winnebago and sit down, Tara instinctively (and despite her insanity) grabs on to Willow, and Willow responds by holding Tara's arm, and placing a hand on her thigh.

And also, in "All The Way," after they've closed the Magic Box, Willow and Tara's hands are entwined as Xander and Anya announce their engagement.

Same ep: The whole "geek infested roots" interaction and the kiss...loved it!

Idon't think its been mentioned and many will probably disdagree but something i always felt was really cute is in Checkpoint. When beeing interviewed and asked about 'their relationship' they go into the lesbain gay-type lovers thing; i love how they end up holding hands to show this to the guy and then when he says 'with the slayer' it always cracks me up!Funny and cute at the same time!!!

I was previously a lurker...but this is my first post...I'll post my intro on the intro thread.
This isn't necessarily a W/T touch...but did anyone notice in the Body after Xander puts his hand through the wall and he's at the sink rinsing it off they show W/T and Willow mouths the words "I love you" to Tara. I only caught it after watching the Body hundreds of times and crying after each time.

OK, I have just had to rewind my season 5 tape back to 'The Body'. I have seen this episode so many times but have never noticed that Willow mouths 'I love you' to Tara. Wow, I can't believe I missed it, it seems so obvious now it has been pointed out. Thanks for noting it down! Will have to now check other episodes for things you kittens have pointed out, obviously I've been watching episodes with my eyes half closed!

By the way I also like the subtle touch between W/T as they say goodnight in 'Superstar'.

Oi, are you kidding? Heh heh, I do not think there has been one itty little bitty subtle W/T moment that has gone unnoticed on this board. Actually Warduke, our resident luckier than thou Canadian, first mentioned it. See, he gets to see the eps first and is forced to report every little W/T goodie there is, if he fails, well, he never really failed, cuz he would never dare show up in chat again.

Ah and did anyone notice that during the scene in the Bronze when Xander is dancing with Buffy (IWMTLY-E15-S6), Tara had been sipping from Willow's drink using her straw? Heh, I didn't, but Xita did, and it is true as well, you cannot actually see her drinking as they appear in the shot just as Tara lets go of the straw, but you can tell that is what happened. So cute, very coupley.

My favorite 'touchy' moment was when Willow and Tara we're dancing and gazing deep into each others eyes while they were talking. And then holding each other so closely while they danced. I thought that was beautiful.
