Apolgies for not speaking to you, tommo. I thought it might be you, but my computer got broken again last weeks so I wasn't able to check out who was going to the signing and who wasn't.
And Barbara Windsor was also doing a signing in Waterstone's. I stuck my head round the door to see how many people were queueing to have their books signed. There were about 20 people standing around looking at her, and about 10 people wanting books signed. So Amber wins the Diminutive Blonde Actress Popularity Contest by a mile. 
And I put the now infamous Amber Butt quote in my sig...
btw, Jenny, I managed to get Amber to sign a photo for you! I forgot to mention it in all my excitement yesterday. Email me and let me know if you're still at the same address, okay? - - - - -

Well i was going to tell you all about my meeting with Amber but it looks like you have it already from the BuffyGuide.com. Doh! Well all i can add she is really sweet and funny, i was totaly star struck meeting her! She was really fab and down to earth! I will be asking the place for the video that did of it (If they were recording!!) and will write up a transcript! With all the word for word Amber-quotes! ------------------

I've just been to FP in Birmingham to pick up my signed video boxed sets. I had a chat with the people who work there about Saturday.Apparently they're upset about the day cos they took a lot of verbal from people who couldn't get to see Amber. It was Ambers managaement who put the limits on basically cos she was not at all well, before and after the signing Amber was literally in tears she felt so poorly. They do have a lot of signed Buffy S5 Part 1 and Angel S2 part 1 video boxed sets on sale. Could anyone who sees Amber today at FP London or later in the week (eg Noc2K+1/Noc3K/whatever they're calling it) please tell her that I hope she's feeling a lot better. I'm sure that goes for the rest of the kitties as well! stephen
