OK so I've decided that I would like more than the two people I allow to read my poems and stories so I've created this so you guys can read them. Most of the poems are about CE who if you follow my posts you know I mention a lot. She's my everything so I'll put one poem that I wrote her here first...



Always Here

I'll always be here to wipe away your tears,

and I promise I'll destroy all of your fears.

For the one person who means the world to me,

my heart is locked with yours,

never to be set free.

You're the light in my life,

and my comforting love.

It's really amazing,

how you know what I'm thinking of.

You're arms are my home,

your eyes where I get lost.

This feeling will never leave,

and won't have chilly frost.

Always and forever,

I cherish our love.

My heart is always yours,

as the sky is up above.

Loving You

I fall asleep thinking of you,

and when I awake they greet me too.

Your beauty so pure,

our love so true,

I just can't get my mind off of you.

I become lost in your eyes,

sinking into them,

is this my demise?

If it is I can't wait,

because I love you so much,

my heart might ache----

from the pounding it does just thinking of you,

instead of the usual black,

the sky turns bright blue.

In your arms I live forever,

in my mind over and over.

Your heart pounding in my ears,

knowing that you love me,

keeps me near.

And I promise I'll never break your heart,

simply because you're a part----

of me.

Sorry

Can I hold you in my arms when you're scared,

wipe away your tears when you're sad?

Would it be alright if I was there to tel you it's ok when the world seems to be against you?

Will you let me kiss your fears away,

or protect you from those who don't understand?

Can you understand that I'm sorry I ever avoided you?

My heart aches and screams because I hurt you,

and I just want to make it up to you too.

You didn't deserve the pain I put you through,

and I don't know what's wrong with me.

I never wanted to hurt the one thing I love above all else,

and that is you.

I'm so sorry that I did this to you,

and I just wanted you to know that I LOVE YOU.

I love them , the first one especially. Thanks for sharing it with us, poetry can be very personal. I have a friend who writes alot of poetry and she refuses to show anyone but a few people, and I'm lucky to be one of the few people. You have the guts to share it with the whole world, or at least us kittens. Again, I'd love to read more if you have any, keep them coming if you do.

Thanks a whole bunch Renee. I'm glad other people enjoy my poetry and I'll put more in here soon, some are about another person who I had a crush on and others are about my issues and stuff. But the most important ones to me are about CE as you can see. Thanks again and I'll put up more soon.

this is a poem that I wrote when me n CE were having troubles with things...



Vow Of Silence

Silence answers those who dare,

thinking I don't even care.

If I didn't care I wouldn't be silent,

I think 'Would you rather me be violent?'

I want them to see that I am in pain,

that my sorrowful heart is ever in vain.

Without her warm touch,

without her sweet kisses,

I cannot go on,

even if offered the biggest riches.

For she is my everything,

and that will stand still,

through the strength of our love,

and my ever strong will.

Staring and wanting,

and wishing and caring,

if only my heart would be more daring----

to kiss her one last time.

Jamie, that was really great, you're a great poet. I've been trying to right a few poems myself but it ain't working for me, I have about three right now but I'm not sure if I should share it. Anyway, that was a great poem....the raw emotion, the true sentiment, the feeling of everything inside you that you express through words show through your poems and that's what makes it great. I love them and like what Aaron said, keep sharing if you have any more.

Insanity

Looking through the mirror,

seeing the form writhe with pain.

Causes my mind to wonder,

will she ever be normal again.

Crimson blood runs from her body,

screams erupt from inside,

wondering if she's helpess,

knowing how hard she's cried.

Her body aches for the touches,

it yearns for the kisses,

and yet again I know,

the heart she so dearly misses.

Society refuses to understand,

her family chains and binds her,

and the sight of her every day,

causes her heart to wither.

Not truelly there without her love,

not fully understanding,

why these people hate and scream,

and elders reprimanding.

They don't know how much I love her,

their eyes too blind to see,

the way we love and miss each other,

has led to insanity.

Ok, everyone I think it's time for one of my short stories..let me find a good one to put in here..hmm..Oh, I know.



Bad Decisons



We stood around the body, silently yelling at ourselves that it wasn't true;she was still alive. A story played in my mind, of us saving her just in time, but I was snapped back to reality in mear seconds. I clambered up from my position on the horribly charred ground. A white hot pain shot through my leg as a seemingly harmless spark of flame landed gently on the delicate skin of my leg. A scream of pain erupted from inside and I fell back down to the ground. Medea's pitying eyes bore into me, causing my heart to slump even lower into my stomach.



Painfully, I again attempted to pull myself up. In spite of my weakened body, I managed to get up and I limped harshly over to the awkwardly still body that was sprawled out on the ground. Her usually radiant face was utterly pale and all veins visible showed blue. Those deep, brown eyes that I had grown to love, to cherish were staring in fear in shock, and beginning to glaze over.



I slumped down next to her. My everything was gone and a hole was growing bigger and bigger inside me. I reached out with my slashed and bloody hand and grasped her icy cold hand.



"No," I whispered, barely enough to be heard. Jin sat down next to me and cradled me in her arms as we all stared at Mel's body. A tear filled with sorrow slipped down my dusty cheek. This solitary tear was followed by many others.



Medea came over and joined in trying to comfort me. It wouldn't work; nothing would. Mel was gone and a huge part of me had left with her. Sobs racked harshly at my frail frame, causing Medea and Jin to shake with the effects. This was my fault, but I could change something. Instead of being left here alone, I could join Mel.



I pulled myself out of Medea and Jin's clutch and began to half run toward the ancient shack. Despite their shouts to come back, I kept running. With a dark power that came from within me, I thrust open the door and quickly scanned the room. Where was that damned thing? My eyes finally rested on the old desk sitting awkwardly against the wall. An athame sat glistening on its peeled and cracking surface.



I walked over and grabbed the relic preparing to leave this world and pass over to another. I yanked it down to rest against my sickly pale rist. This was it. All of the pain I had ever experienced was going to end here. I would not have to do this alone. I would be with Mel and nothing was going to stop me from reaching my goal.



I pulled the blade slowly across, the warm, red liquid rolling down my arms and dripping to the floor. Medea and Jin burst into the cramped shack, but they were too late. I was slipping away into the darkness that would take the pain away. Two tears escaped down Medea's cheeks and she lept at me. With the meager strength I had left, I pulled back and fell against the rotting wood of the wall. Darkness called at me and I greeted it eagerly. My last vision was of Medea cupping my cheek and screaming at me to hold on.



I almost listened. Almost. I chose to let go. To be with my love forever, not stay with my friends who cared.

"In this life, where the sun doesn't shine,

In this life,where the clouds take over the sky,

Pain is evident in everyone's eyes.



Darkness creeps up--and devours me,

these people can't tell that my love is she.

They shield their eyes and smirk off to the side,

Whispering that it's not real.



These people are Blind,

They can't see what's right in front of their eyes-----

If I hold her hand, they threaten to tell,

If I kiss her, they threaten to tell.

But I know that we'll always be together,

Because this feeling, I know will last forever.



Can't they just stop screaming,

This hate, it hurts me deep inside.

I wish they'd understand.

I Love her and She Loves Me,

These feelings from the Power That Be.

Hecate smiles, down from the sky,

I know that this love, won't pass me by.



She stands in front of me,

Knowing that, my love is she.

What others say, doesn't matter,

'cause their minds, I will tatter..."

Another quicky poem....



I cry harder with every thought,

with every beat of my dieing heart.

I love her still and always have,

the skillfull weavings of the love we craft.

But they refuse to understand,

and smirk off to the side,

not knowing how it hurts us,

with their every evil stride.

Just give us a chance,

and maybe you could see,

that me and Callie Eros,

are simply meant to be.

This is a poem I thought up in LA class about 3 months ago. It isn't really about an event tht happened. It just came from a nightmare I had of a close friend dieing..anyway here it is.



You Were Hurt

I saw you lying on the ground,

not even making the slightest sound.

You lay so still I thought you had died,

from that last fatal car ride.

My sister had beem driving and it was pitch black,

the truck had hit us unexpectedly,as I looked back.

There you lay in your own pool of blood,

your eyes looking and burning into mine.

You held out your hand and with one final breath,

you whispered,"I love you. Our friendship was best."

Now all I do is think of you and cry silently,

the pain and the grief all mixed together total and completely.

I watch the stars in hope that you're happy,

when you had died in front of my eyes,

my life turned crappy.
