Aladin

"In my bed, I've got two teddies, I've got a rabbit, I've got two dollies, and one Susan, she's got a bad eye, and then I've got a green giraffe which I won at a fair, he was the only one left, I felt *really* sorry for him, then there's Buzz, Woody, the alien, and then I've got a fluffy pink hot water bottle. So, there's just not enough room for you, mate! "

Referring back to Lori Petty's quote from "Tank Girl" above, I believe what she actually says to the villaiin is (doing a slight imitation of Muhammed Ali):
"I'm gonna beat you so bad, your children are gonna be born bruised!" :lol

I'm a huge fan of older movies, and thus as a devoted watcher of TCM, I wonder if any of the Kittens are old enough to place this famous quote:

"Mr. Christian, I'll see you hanging from a yardarm!!"

That sure sounds like "Mutiny on the Bounty" to me (the voice of Charles Laughton is sounding in my head). Granted, it's been a long time since I've seen it, but that's my final answer.

Ah, sounds like Jeff Goldbum's character in "Jurassic Park". :)

Let's try another famous old quote, this time a song lyric from the 1930s:

"Heaven. I'm in Heaven.
And my heart beats so that I can hardly speak!
My troubles vanish like a gambler's lucky streak,
When we're out together dancing cheek to cheek.

Hi Dorothy! **waves**

It may have been used on the soundtrack of "Rain Man", but it was actually introduced by the immortal Fred Astaire in "Top Hat" (1935). :)

As for your quote, surely this is from "My Fair Lady", wherein the staff comments that Eliza ought to retire, even though she "could have danced all night". :) :)

Now let's try a famous quote from the 1940s:

"Say, can you help a fellow American who's down on his luck?"

BONUS: this same film also contains the much-parodied quote: "Badges? We don't need no stinkin' badges!" ;-)

I think we're stuck. The only movie I can recall that had a character in it named Howard Johnson was Blazing Saddles. Does that help anyone come up with an answer? :confused
