Now, now, let's not rush things! My birthday celebration was on Saturday. I'm still clinging to that 28 until Wednesday! :) But thankyouthankyou for the birthday wishes!

It was fantastic! Some of my friends have never had Filipino food, and they've known me forever, so I thought it would a nice little ethnic outing, plus no Filipino birthday is complete without drunken karaoke. We went back to my partner's parent's house (who graciously hosted) and I had a bunch of shots in one of these, coke on the bottom jack on top, white cranberry juice and hypnotic on top. Then a German Chocolate Cake shot, and one of Tequila, and that's the last I remember before we went to the Karaoke House. Got ourselves a private room, and sang our little drunken hearts out. It rocked. :)

my bad! it really is all about stretching those suckers out as long as possible.

i want the shots of which you speak! in that fun little doohickey! i should have had one of those for my 30th! damn. there's always next year when i turn 30 for a second a time hehe.

we'll revisit this thread wednesday. glad you had a good throw down!

Though not as good as July, April strikes me as quite a good month to have a birthday with Spring returning and all that. A very Happy Birthday to all the April Kittens out there!
