I read it and it's excellent. It was long, but it officially kicked all ass.....I want more now! What's up with the end? I sense bad things, I don't like bad things! It won't be that bad, will it? *Smacks self* Ok, I'm over it....I've just gotta see what happens in the next instalment. As far as the W/T action goes, me like. Me like very much. Keep it up!

Yo, more replies!

Some quick responses this grand AM.

AutumnT: Fortunately for my ego, I do tend to do what makes me comfortable, but who could possibly stand against the yearnings of the Kitten Board??? I may crumble. I still like more at one time(ooh, that sounded kinda, er, well, yeah, kinda) so . . .

IsayAmberBensonsgorgeous: Romania! Yipes, stripes! LOL when you said you were checking every 17 minutes for an update. You kill me! And, no, you did not say too much with regards to explaining the quote; are you kidding, you’re talking with the Queen of the never-ending story here! I love to know everything!!! Thanks for reading.

Lucy Moore: Thank you so much for your lovely words. Glad you think so highly of the story so far; I was very nervous posting it. . . .

LeatherQueen: Gracias! I tried very hard to “hear” the characters so they seemed close to the show, but I never know.

zero: So, how long did it take . . .? Glad you enjoyed it!

ZipityDoDa: LOL! Bad things? Hmm, well, I think that— I’ll never tell . . . Bad is good though, right?

Thanks, Kitties! Aiming to have Part 1 up on the weekend. Don’t hold me to it!

Checking & checking

Postby KrisBo5 » Fri Jun 14, 2002 10:27 am

You do check every few minutes, don't you? Yipes! Well,

the good news is I'm just about done with Part 1, er, well, part 1 of Part 1 -- it's huge!

Of course I know about Romania! Now, I know the US lacks a tad in the education department, but I did graduate and I have been to Europe, so . . . uh, Romania is in Europe, right?

Kidding!

Well, hope to post soon, thanks for checking in!

certainly i DO check. and i'm doing it again...it's worth it.

cool, you're writing on it! :bounce huge is good.

sorry about my comment regarding people who don't know where Romania is, truth is they don't or they just mistake it for Hungary because of the similar sounding names of the capitals (Budapest vs. Bucharest). but they all seem to know about Dracula, including ME, well anyway about what Bram Stoker made out of our poor national Prince.

enjoy writing.

C,

No need for "sorry" w/regard to your comment. I took it as a compliment.

Truth is, lots and lots of people don't know where our own nation's capitol is, and they LIVE here!!!

Yes, I spent almost four hours on it last night and, in word, it was up to 14 pages, and it's only a 1/3 of the way through. It's mondo-enormous!

Never mind can't be helped; I think it's pretty much an inevitability to be honest. And Autumn, I resent your usage of the word "prance". I don't prance. I haven't pranced for a long time. It hurts the floorboards and makes me look like an old fat queen.

Postby KrisBo5 » Sun Jun 16, 2002 9:03 pm

IsayAmberBensonsgorgeous: No, sorry to say, no update this weekend. I am completely frustrated, and I don't just mean in a sexual way. Oh, did I just say that out loud? Oops!

Not happy with what I've written and I'm a tad peeved that I can suck so badly! It's disheartening, to say the least.

Anyway, I am rewriting and rewriting and one of these days, it'll be up there.

Thanks for checking in.

frustration .. yep, i know what you mean. don't worry, it'll wear off in a day or two ... or maybe not.

and i'm sure it doesn't suck - the writing that is, but if you're not completely happy with it take your time.

KrisBo5, just catching up with this amazing fic. This is truly some wonderful writing. On the old board, when the thread for "Songs that remind us of W/T" first appeared, I posted "You're Still You." It so reminded me of our girls. It was great to see it included in your fic. Anxiously awaiting your next update.

Great start to the story and really worth the time to read it uninterupted. I love how you write Tara and Willow and their internal monologues it was spot on. I can't wait to see where the story goes from here although I'm guessing from the title it won't be all happiness and laughter. And as for update length, I really don't mind waiting as long as it is this good :)

That fic was so fantastic! But why'd'ya have to stop when the R-rated stuff was coming up? That's just torturing us, and it's very nasty. *g*. I loved the Tara/Buffy interaction, and Xander's present was just like him. Perfect for Willow, and a Xander Harris original.

Sorry, Kitties,

I’m so rude. Had to actually do some work and couldn’t answer before now. My bad. So, away we go. . .

IsayAmberBensonsgorgeous: A couple a days!!!! Oiy!

GiveMeChocolate: Love your name! Yes, Tara’s a bit of a, well, er, a bit of a anyway. Fun, fun, fun. I’m looking forward to the next update as well; guess I should finish it. . . .

Tiggrscorpio: I love “You’re Still You.” Just perfect for them – I agree. Thanks.

Puff: W/T mind chatter is fun to write; glad you think it went well. Yes, Darkness Falls implies, er, well, dark, bad things, but. . . .

SlayerTazz: Ooh, you make me blush. . . .

Miss1234Kitty: Gracias for your kind words. Torture, eh? Ha-Ha, my work is done here!

Thanks!

KrisBo5 I just read read what you have posted so far, and it was thoroughly enjoyable to read. I like being able to read a huge amount of the story at one time, so the length was perfect for me.

You capture not only W&T so well, but also the rest of the scoobies too. I truly love W&T's internal musings, and I found Willow afraid to go to far (ie intimately touch Tara) to be so spot on. Willow is just so happy to have Tara in her life again, and she doesn't want to do anything that might push Tara away. However, I loved "Take charge" Tara getting Willow to open up about her fears, as well the sensual touching of that scene. Buffy walking in on them in that intimate position was just so "priceless", and I laughed when the door opened a tiny bit to put the screwdriver in the room.

As for the scene at the Bronze I was as transfixed as Willow was. Going from Willow fidgeting nervously wanting to go and at least call Tara, to screeching to a stop when Tara's voice penetrated her ears was just wonderful. And of course Tara being naughty under the table with Willow (in public no less) was just a great way for Tara to convey she doesn't want to wait any longer. Lastly, I am looking forward to W&T being able to express their love in a more private setting, as well as finding out about the new "dark" strangers who have arrived in Sunnydale.
