For all of those Veronica Mars fans in Australia. Chanel 10 has started advertising the show as "Coming Soon", which could mean that they will actually start showing it this century . . . . :glasses

Basically that girl in the bed (sorry....don't know her name, the pregnant one) was killed by someone....I didn't really see who it was...I think Celeste?....maybe not....lol...oh yeah and she left, and VEronica came out of her hiding place....and the nurse saw her standing over that girl with a pillow....thinking she killed her:D

Celeste. Though I first thought it was Veronica's mom.
VM took the pillow that was used to smother Mel off her face when the nurse walked in. Note- we did not see the actual smothering, so it might have been Celeste who did, but perhaps not.
Oh, and there was one other thing about Mel- .see below.

Actual end:
In the actual ep, the ep ends when VM finds out that there are 2 heart monitors in the room, moves one and sees that Mel is pregnant.

Her name is Meg and it was her own mother that was in the room with her in the alternate ending. Not Celeste.
