Really...you're acting like a bunch a squabbling children...act your age <giggles> No, but really...you shouldn't be so sad about getting older. I suppose I'm not in a position to talk from experience, but I don't think...I just mean, that if you wanted a simple life again...one with less responsibility...you could find it somehow...and the whole thing about only being as old as you feel...I think it's pretty true. So, the birthdays... with ever more magnificent numbers attached to them...don't fret them...just make sure you don't let the people around you make feel old, and don't rush away from your youthfulness prematurely, because people around you expect you to...goes with the whole be yourself thing...
Anyway...important count-down dates, hmm? It's a good question. Let's see...Tara would be counting down to full moons and new moons, and...she'd just be realy into the moon phases. And she'd also plan well in advance for all Wiccan holidays...buy flowers and make things, probably, to celebrate the days...She'd count down to weekends, that she could spend with Willow... She'd always be most concerned with when she could see her girl again...count down to the end of classes each day...on and on. She'd probably also count down to, umm...lots of things...Willow's birthday, which she'd plan exquisitely...lots of things...
Willow, would be fanatical with the planning...she'd offer to help Tara keep all her dates organized, just because she'd crave more organization goodness...she'd have all the important school dates in mind...she'd keep budgets and logs and stuff...just so she could be like..."Look baby...look! We spent 26% more on cookie dough and ice cream this week...It's upward trend we should definitely continue." She'd be fanatical about Tara's birthday...starting her preperations each year the day after her last birthday party...much to the amusement of a completely spoiled blonde goddess who will go nameless. Lots of things, like that...
And together, they'd plan for anniversaries, friend's parties, lots of holidays and things like art shows and opening dates for plays....and new movies, that come out...Like Lord of the Rings...They so swore they'd abandon school to go see it together on opening day...much to Willow's very stern dissaproval...Tara promised unlimited candy-buying, and the beautiful red-head caved in...she's always been weak before sweet things...like her baby...and on, and on, and on.
And if they ever broke up, for some awful reason...which I personally don't ever think would be possible or see happening <guilty smiles about editing the state of the Buffy Universe for my own psychological and emotional well-being>, I agree with Xita...they'd spend every moment longing for each other and waiting for the next moment they could see each other...so they could right this horrible wrong...Hearing Joss and Marti and ME?...this is what they would be thinking! Anyway...they're not ever going to break up or be apart ever...so I won't drone on about this really depressing nonpossibility. Have a great weekend kitties
With Lots of Warmth,
Lily O.
