Little Things That Say "I Love You" Friday

Well yes, gardening can be romantic. I mean, at least one of them will be spending a given amount of time on her knees. So you know, while she's down there... ;)

And oooh, Sassette, you're Gay Now. Yummy. It's not like I haven't waited for the "official" green light... [img:d1ea91dd70]http://216.40.201.38/otn/funny/smileysex5.gif[/img:d1ea91dd70]

You Gals crack me up. I love the warm towel idea. Yah! we do however get the story telling scene Tara tells Willow. Tara being very motherly, like she is, I would think, makes special meals just for Willow. Like when making a dish for everyone, but there's an ingredient that Willow dislikes, Tara makes a special batch just for her. And I guess, if Willow was to make anything for Tara -although I can't see Willow cooking- she'd be sure to leave out any shrimp :love

Ruth said:

Here's me thinking about trowel love all day
[/quote:d6324d65b4] Ah yes ... trowel love ... there's a romantic image.

I think there are a million little touches each day which say "I love you". Tara will rub her hand up and down Willow's back while she's working on her laptop. Willow will reach for Tara's hand while they're having lunch. Tiny things like that.

And when one of them is sick, the other will look after her and stay with her (at the risk of catching it themselves). Nothing says "I love you" like chicken soup. Apart from saying "I love you" that is.

Sass your Gay Now... Honey I'm so happy for you!!
I've missed everyone alot in chat but I'm here for a while cause I had some surgery and I'm not aloud to do, well...pretty much anything. So once again, my computer is my best friend.
Now W/T taking care of each other while the other is under the weather is something that comes to mind for this thread. Gee, I wonder where I came up with that one. DUH!!

RUBBING WILLOW'S TUMMY. that's one of the gazillions of things that tara would do to say how much she loves our willow. :)

Well, we know from "After Life" that Tara's a morning person (preferring to see the sunrise [i:480ef2d8ad] early[/i:480ef2d8ad] rather than [i:480ef2d8ad] late[/i:480ef2d8ad]). Willow, on the other hand, I see as a late-sleeper (esp. when she's had one of those busyhead talk-in-your-sleep dreams). Nevertheless, I see Willow setting her alarm anyway, just so she can share the sunrise w/ Tara. :)

GG [i:480ef2d8ad] Love the emoticon sex---definitely the most action I've got all week![/i:480ef2d8ad] :lol Out

Given that both Willow and Tara are at least partially familiar with multiple ancient languages, I expect they have occasionally used them to say "I love you" (or some variation thereof) more or less in public, especially early in the relationship.

Corky taught me how to say "I love you forever" in ancient Egyptian so I could get mushy without everyone around us being in on the conversation. I never did master the hieroglyphs, however, since I can't draw a straight line with a ruler.

I could see Tara leaving a beautiful poem for Willow to find, someone even wrote something like that in fic, what a lovely way to say i love you and am thinking of you..

And i can see Willow doing something computery, sending Tara a cute little email with flowers and animals in it, with " youre my everything" in it for good measure..I guess that would be so if Tara checked her email :lol
If not Willow would probably print it out and leave it for her somewhere in the house..

Well, I had myself a W/T-thon a couple of days ago (bad - I should be studying for my last exams - girl) and I noticed the following (among other obvious things I noticed already of course ;) )

In the ep where Tara's fidgeting with Willow's hair as she tries to break a code on her laptop, Spike is giving Will a hard time. Tara is making her frowny "Hey ! I don't like the way you're talking about my sweetie, buster !"-look. Willow says something like "I am a whizz !" And Tara immediately replies "Yeah, she is a whizz..." That was so cute ! Stating the obvious can be so sexy sometimes...

Or in the haunted frat house, where Willow just told Buffy she spilled something on her clothes... Buffy doesn't hear Will first, then goes: "What ?" and Willow's face changes into "Uh oh"-mode. Tara is right there to save her and change the subject right away. Love-ly ! :)

For Willow and Tara I have to go with all the great things that have been said here already...

for myself, I've been told my gf just loves it when she wakes up and finds a message from me on her cellphone :)

I change the greeting mesage on my wife's cel phone to say things like i love you or i'll miss you today. Or like currently our screensaver says Genea(me) loves Abi. I bet Tara would do that if Will had a cel phone. My wife is the best though she makes me lunch for work, cuts off my breadcrust and wraps it in wax paper for me. She's the best.

well, my best friend was the one who actually did this thing to me... so sweet. she borrowed my notebook once -- it was nearing the end of the sem and when she returned it, i didn't actually look the pages up ( i mean, what's the point, school's ended already...) but then, some weird thing came over me after about 2 months and i opened the notebook and i found out that she wrote me a letter -- the letter was cute, with drawings and colors and all, man, i hoped i found out about it sooner -- no doubt will and tara do that all the time.
