About the question: Willow's 18th b-day... I don't know, and I think I don't wanna know...back then there was no Tara in her life yet, so it could never be as good as any b-day she has nowadays, with Tara in her life.

I also think that Willow probobly celebrated her birthday in the Bronze, where 'Dingos Ate My Baby' played a rockin' set that Seth Green mimed badly to.....sorry, I've got nothing against the guy, but I just never believed for a minute that he could play guitar!

im in a weird mood today myself. for the past two days ive had doctor's appointments about a little lump in my breast. i think its likely that its nothing to worry tremendously about, but i wont know for certain for several days. so obviously, im a little worried.
so just a shout out to all the girl kitties, make sure you see the doctor once a year and be familiar with your own body, so you know when things come up that arent how they should be. health is one of those mysterious, lovely, but elusive things.
anyway, otherwise things are good. work has been interesting and fun, i have two girls who want to go out with me, but of course, its that third one that i *really* hope will call... and you know, new york is being fun as usual.

I can remember my 18th birthday as if it was last years... Oh wait, it was! Have loads of fun... loads of love, presents... you've got about a year left to still have the right to make rainbows with your jellybeans... cherish it.
And rocketdyke, I wish you the best. Most women find lumps during the course of their lives. If you're under 50, it shouldn't be anything too serious. The human body produces those weird growths sometimes without reason. But it good you're going to get it checked out. My mother had a friend who had a lump for 2 years and didn't go to the doctor because she was afraid it might be cancer... it wasn't, but still, living with the stress of "Am I dead yet?" is not a bundle of joy. Take good care of yourself, okay? And good luck with that 3rd girl... the resilient ones are always the best in teh end...

In honor of your birthday, I am eating a Chocopie (Korean version of a mallomar) and drinking some water but pretending it's a little stronger. Michele, I'm sending some positive thoughts your way. It's very possibly nothing at all! Health is a funky thing. I've always been relatively healthy except for a slight disposition toward bronchitis and other respiratory things. Right now, Korea has a nice big cloud of yellow sand from China hanging over it. That does not make my lungs very happy. It's funny the way everyone responds to things differently though. My host mother seems fine. My host sister's eyes bother her. A lot of my students were coughing today. My lungs feel a bit gunky, my throat hurts, I have a cough and a headache. Maybe it's because I'm not used to it? Ah well, it's supposed to clear up by Saturday. Hopefully it won't turn into something serious.
18th birthdays are fun occasions! I think Xander and Buffy threw Willow a surprise party and got Oz to subversively get her to a secret location at a secret time, and of course she didn't suspect a thing because he's Oz and he's like that. She was totally surprised and a good time was had by all.

Hmm, Willow's 18th. I think Giles slipped her something a little stronger than 7up as he's British and that's what being 18 is all about over here. Plus he's a rebel. Willow then danced the night away at the Bronze, with the Dingo's playing in the background.

I've been having the worst streak of luck with ebay lately(only recently discovered it),just when I think Im the only person on the goddess green earth who wants to bid on item 'x' someone else comes along and outbids me!!!!! grr arggh...and I of course cant afford to get into a bidding war,so I lose the item. It just puzzles me cause I thought I was the only one intrested in said objects and than 'poof' there goes the price.
Anywhoo been(on a suggestion from my gf and our therapist)drinking a cup a day of St. John's whart tea for my depression and its working(halla freaking lua!!); amazing the relief Im getting from one little cup of tea.

I've got one that you can probably download if you wish. But I got it from Extra Flamey (Adrienne is tops when it comes to IM and Winamp Skins). There are also links at her site for other Skin sites

Just felt like saying that, cause its fairly rare. We love Wil and aknowledge her entire life including with Oz. In my view they were sweet and worked well but then Tara came and they craeted the greattes TV reltaionship ever!

Okay, I searched for the Buffy RPG thread and it kept saying "Page Not Available! Grr!" so Michelle suggested I post it here. Yesterday I started a recource site for BtVS RPGs online. I would like to invite everyone interested to join. The purpose of my site is to make Buffy RPGs easier to find and look through, and to recruit new members to existing groups. Sort of a Buffy RPG Alliance. I've just started the site, so I don't have a lot of members yet, but once it gets up and running I hope to have many RPGs listed on my site, as well as people looking for a good RPG to join. as for Willow's 18th, she probably had this nightmare the day before her birthday. some monsters were chasing her then all of a sudden, this blonde girl held her hand and then she felt at peace. of course when she woke up on her special day, she forgot abt it already coz she was looking forward to spending it w/ Oz... pax
