In the final scene of Wrecked, Buffy asks Willow if she has gone magic crazy because Tara left her. Willow replies "No. It started before she left. It's why she left"Right before she says "It's why she left" Aly does that little lip sound and has this incredible heartbroken look on her face.
From Consequences in Season 3, when the Scoobies find out that Faith slept with Xander, there are noticable shots of Willow in the background with a crushed look on her face. This of course leads into the crying-in-the-toilet scene. Both amazing.
Both these episodes are Marti-misery classics. Aly never fails to move me with her layering of Willow's character.
Another favourite is in Tough Love with the look on Aly's face when she says "that's a weird word" during the heavy but fantastic "junior partner" argument.
Let's hear it again for Hannigan *applause*
Edited just to add a couple of things from The Body. Anya is asking inappropriate comments about Joyce and after a couple of questions Willow replies "What?" and screws her face up. There is a look of disgust on her face, evidence that she still doesn't quite *get* Anya, even after the confrontation in Triangle.
From the same episode, the silently mouthed "I love you" is my favourite ever Willow/Tara moment. That gesture has more depth and feeling to it than any I have ever seen on BTVS.

What can't we face if we're together?
