Hi everyone, im fairly new to the board I actually started reading my first fics at UberWT. Err what to say. Im 21 i live in NYC and I commute to school and it sucks. I currently have a job as a yoga instructor at an all female gym...and thats it.

I'm in the same boat: a recent discoverer of Buffy and the warmsnuggly-inspiring awesomeness that is Willow and Tara. I've yet to watch Xena, but I did order it, at the recommendation of about thirty people. Unfortunately, I'm still so hooked on BtVS that my drive to watch anything else is kind of ... meh. I feel like I don't want to get into another show at least until I finish my fic. :P Conflict of interests, and all.

Hi everybody, I'm Casey. I'm 17, turning 18 this February. I've been lurking here for a while and decided I'd say hi. I'm a lesbian and am finally at the point where I can accept that, after 4 years of telling myself that it was just a phase and that if I just kept dating boys I'd eventually find one I liked. Now that I'm trying to be ok with who I am I'm a lot happier than I was. I feel like reading what a lot of you have written here has helped me to realize that I'm normal and I wanted to thank you guys because if there weren't other people being happy with who they are then I wouldn't know what to do and...I'm going to stop babbling now.

So, I've been in lurker mode for like gosh... since the board started. Nice to finally come out. I just want to say it is so very nice to visit a place where Willow and Tara are still alive and kicking. I still get mightily po's when I grab season six, and usually end up discarding it and settling on season 5. *Sigh* So anyways, just wanted to say you guys totally rock, and thanks for keeping W&T alive. Also want to shout out to an author who's stories I just completed. Antigone Unbound...OMFG! Totally loved all 3 that I read. I'm also wondering if there was a sequel to As Time Goes By. For all my search savy, the Kitten Board seems to be immune to my skills. So anyone who can help me out with this, I'd be so very grateful for. Also, I heard Side Step Chronicles is like totally awesome, but I can't seem to find the thread for it. Oh and if anyone wants to toss a selection my way, I'm all to eager too read. Seriously.....

Wow never thought I'd make a post. Well I am lina, and a complete dork. The best show in the world is...*drum roll* Buffy, but House is comming in at a close second. Amber Benson is the most wonderful actress I've ever seen. I've been comming to this site for about a year, but never really made a commitment to post anything. However I just wanted to make a shout out to the amazing people who keep Willow and Tara alive. I am a terrible writer, but I feel like I can expand and explore here without judgment. I'm a computer geek majoring in Computer Forensics. I love animals... I have six dogs, three cats, and a rabbit that hates the world. There's also a squirrel named Joey in there somewhere, but he only likes me because of my peanuts.

Oh! And apparently paying over $200 for all seven seasons of Buffy proves that I'm a freak. (this according to my brother).

And I'm sure I could go on and on 'cause I like talking... typing... but I'm gonna stop now while I'm ahead because missing class would be a bad thing... and I'm already late.

Buffy is the best show of all times, I would spend my time reading and watching buffy if I could. Unfotunately my friends are bent on me leaving behind my bachlorettism. It would be great to read some of your stuff. I am sure it's great.

Okay. I've posted in some stories, but I've never even posted here. So here goes. I'm definitely new to the board and I found the board through another site. I'm glad that I found the board because I love reading fanfic and I've been working on a fanfic of my own for a short while now. Well, to me it's a short while. It's been a work in progess for 6 months. I write one chapter, then reread it for errors, adjust the errors and then move onto the next chapter.

Umm... I'm new here. Actually I'm not at all. I started coming here in like 8th grade, and looking around. Originally it was cause I was looking for willow/tara fic, but later I started to lurk in the Kitten part of the Board. It helped me a lot when I was coming out. I came here off and on since then, but was never really the type to join boards and forums and stuff. This year I kind of decided to give it a try, and I was like, Oh I remember that place, I should join, so here I am. I am in tenth grade now.

Anyways, I guess I have Willow and Tara to thank for coming out when I did. My best friend at the time introduced me to Buffy, and it first I wasn't to interested, but I eventually got into it. Then willow/tara came along, and I was all like oh, that is what lesbians are, that must be what I am.
I am actually not much like willow or Tara at all, but they were kind of my bridge to the lesbian world if you know what I mean.

I probably won't be writing much, because I really don't have the patience to write, but that could change I guess. Anyway, you guys are awesome.

Hi, I lurk. I am an avid reader and have read almost everything on this board (needless to say, my life is not my own since discovering it and Crime and Punishment appears to have moved to a pretty little cottage on the outskirts of Timbuktu.

I am a total Tara whore though Willow is my favourite character. I also love Buffy and Anya. I abhor Dark Magic Willow and have rarely seen a clumsier, more one-dimensional and laughable portrayal of addiction. Obviously, I choose to blame the writers and directors for this. I don't hate, loathe and despise series 7 though the K word makes me want to vomit.

My favourite fic is Special by DarkWiccan followed closely by Latter Days/Lonely Nights (unfinished) and Don't Fear the Reaper which is side-splittingly funny. Overall, my favourite author is Antigone Unbound and my current fave fics are The Apothecary and Constants, followed by a load of others. I have read the entire Sidestep Chronicles (all 12 million, eight hundred and fifty-four thousand, two hundred and twenty-two, to the power of 4, pages of it) and enjoyed it immensely.

I love, and I do mean love, music, film, reading, comedy, the natural world, travel, laughing, Man United, tennis, good food, good wine, guinness (happy St Paddy's to those who celebrate it), countless other things too numerous to mention and Amber Benson.

I am not a fangirl or a geek though if I were 15 years younger I suspect I would be.

Thanks to everyone who writes and keeps these characters alive and thanks to those that run this board.

I've been a lurker for quite some time, but I've decided to finally post. So...my older brother got me the first season of Buffy when I was 12, because he had loved the show. Quite a few years later, I still love the W/T pairing, and Amber Benson is one of my heroes. I identify with her a lot in that I'm shy, and kinda awkward sometimes.
