I’m pretty new here, but I enjoyed so many of your great fics that I decided it was time to try one by myself. This is not only my first fic but my first time I wrote something story-likely ever. So please, leave feedback, be honest and let me know what you’re thinking of my work. One more note, as I’m not being an english native speaker, there may be some mistakes in grammar, spelling etc... whatever you can do wrong when your native language is german and you’re trying to be creative in any other language. Please let me know and feel free to correct me.

Summary- Willow and Buffy are working on a TV-Show called „Fluffy, the Puppet Master“, Willow is an Assistant Director (AD) and Buffy a Camerawoman, a man called Ross is the Creator and Executive Producer of the show, Anya is „Fluffy, the Puppet Master“ the star of the show... there will be appearances of other Scooby Members in the next chapters.
First Chapter: Willow gets bad news. Ross hired a new Assistant Director and she’s afraid of losing her job... no Tara in the first chapter, but she’ll be there soon.

Fluffy, the Puppet Master
Chapter One
„They will fire me!“ Willow sighed.
„Nah... Dunno.“ Buffy tried to calm down her best friend and coworker „If they really wanted to fire you, they would’ve talked to you before. Ross isn’t like that. He won’t tell people that everthing is going to be ok and then let them down just because he thinks that the show needs a new turn.“
„Yeah sure... and why did he hire a new assistant director? Without telling anyone? Telling me?“ She really started to feel highly uncomfortable about the news she got this morning. „I mean at least he could’ve told me. It’s MY job!“
Buffy didn’t know what to say.
What would I think, if Ross hired a new camerawoman without telling me?!
„Come on. Let’s grab some breakfast. The production briefing starts in 20 minutes. We’re supposed to meet the new AD there. After that we’ll know more.“
„Yeah. Can’t wait to meet that bitch.“
And with that they headed out to the catering area.
Willow was feeling miserable. She just didn’t know what was going on. She now worked for 3 years at this show as an assistant director. This show was „Fluffy, the Puppet Master“. It was about a girl named Fluffy (big surprise here), who inherited a puppet-shop from her father. The big seller of the shop are bunny hand puppets. One day Fluffy slips a bunny puppet over her hand and it becomes alive. From that day on Fluffy and her obvious supernatural powered bunny hand puppet work out criminal cases.
Ah, I remember how weird I found that story when Ross gave me the script for the pilot... but I loved it. From line one till now... and hey, the audience loves it too... what more can you ask for?!
She really loved her job and she was able to work with her best friend Buffy, who was working as a camerawoman. They started to work here right after college. It was a tough first year, first season for the show 3 years ago. They didn’t get paid very well during that first year, but they all believed in what they were doing and had a lot of fun working. And they believed in Ross, who was the creator and executive producer of the show. He had so much energy and enthusiasm, it was him who held the whole thing together in that first tough year. When the show became a huge success 2 years ago, they all were more like a family than a crew. Though, it was much easier to work on a successful show, besides they all got paid properly, Willow started to worry that the hype would change things. She couldn’t image things to change. They all went through so much together, buisness and personal problems. Willow smiled a bit when she remembered her biggest personal problem she had had in the last 3 years. In the show’s first year, she started dating „Fluffy“. Well, not really Fluffy but Anya, the star of the show. They had a good time together for a couple of months but for Willow it was more a physical attraction sort of relationship than anything in the love department. Unfortunately it was for Anya. So when Willow decided to end the relationship Anya wasn’t to happy with that decision. Even more as she had become an all known TV-star through the success of the show what made her even more bigheaded and all big with the star preciousness. She couldn’t stand the idea of someone turning her down. The weeks after their breakup were hard for the whole crew, though, even harder for Willow as she was aware of the fact that she was the reason for Anya’s bad mood and her unsupportableness on the set. But they all went through this together. No one was mad with Willow as everyone could understand her reasons for the breakup. Though, they couldn’t understand her reasons for dating her in the first place. After some weeks Willow and Anya had a tough but clearing chat. By now, they had become friends again and Anya was frolicking in the fields of heterosexual joy. The only thing that reminded Willow of her little emotional (ok, sexual) dropout was when Anya stated her in TV interviews as her little thrilling homosexual experience. What made a pretty huge PR-effect by the way.
And all that would truly be memory soon.
Willow sighed. Today ist the day that will change everything... God, how am I going to deal with this? I just can’t imagine working anywhere else than here. She made a decision. Mental note: Fight! Fight for your job... I can do that! I will show Ross that I’m a better AD. Whoever this new AD is... I hate her. Mean, Tara... what kind of name should that be... silly sound. Tar-ah. Sounds like Trah-rah... like the sound of a fanfare. Pah... I won’t make it that easy for Fanfare-Girl to take over my job. I can fight. I can be strong. Strong like an amazon!
Buffy noticed the change in her friend’s facial expression and looked at her friend in concern. She didn’t know what to say or to do. But she had to admitt that the whole situation seemed more than odd. Anyway, she just couldn’t imagine Ross firing Willow.
He thinks the world of her... he didn’t even fire her when Anya terrorized all of us after their breakup... I would’ve done. Nah, bad thoughts... She is your best friend. You wouldn’t give up your friendship for anything in the world... besides, Anya does have a really nice pair of breasts... Ah! Hello! Straight girl!
Not knowing the right words to say, Buffy silently handed Willow a Tuna-Bagel and pulled her towards the production office.
„C’mon. Let’s get it done. Everthing will turn out fine. We’ll get through this... together... and whatever this this is. Promise.“
Yeah, you all will be suprised HOW I get through this... always friendly, lovely, shy Willow will show you what a redhead is capable of if some Fanfare-Girl wants to steal her job... Trah-Rah: Ladies and Gentlemen, may I present to you - Amazon-Willow!

isn't taking over 
's job because that would put a strain on their relationship. but oh gosh the possibilities they could get themselves into... i wounder. 
i hope to get another update soon. and a word of advice... write for your self. don't write for anyone but you. if others get something out of it, so be it, that's great even, but you are what matters when it comes to writing. 
please update soon.
