She stretched out luxuriously, with the air of a contented cat. Legs slid through soft cotton sheets, muscles ripping as her arms shifted above her head. A slow, and lazily sensual smile crossed her face as she looked over at the figure beside her. She lightly shook her head, making her dirty golden-blonde strands of hair fall away from her burning blue eyes. One nimble fingered hand reached out to caresses the sleeping woman.

Sleepy-head. She chanced a glance at the clock, it was midnight. To move the sheet, or not to move the sheet.. A quirky, mischievous grin came across her face as she edged the offending sheet away from her red-haired companion. Her breath caught in her throat as she studied the ever familar, ever suprising form. Must you be so beautiful? She thought ruefully, almost scolding, eyes narrowing with a playful forcefulness. Her companion twitched slightly in slumber, but precious few things ever awakened her. She reached a lightly tanned hand out, letting it trail with an eternal slowness down the woman's supple form. Your just showing Idle thoughts brought another grin as she let her hand trace the now gently bulging curve of the redhead's stomach. Ours. So beautiful. I bet she'll have your eyes

"Mm..Tara?" Her voice was heavy and sleep slurred, pouting almost. "Not comfy-ness. My Tara pillow is there, instead of here, and that, well darn, that's just plain out wrong. Wrong I say!" Never once did the redhead bother to open her eyes. Tara chuckled quietly, shifting closer. "A thousand apologies, My wonderful mother to me." Playful and loving, the words were a velvet caress to the half asleep Willow. Making nonsensical sounds of contentment, she pillowed her head on the blonde's breasts, instantly lulling back to sleep.

I'm glad your sleeping again. You haven't been, since Oz..was killed. I never thought he'd come back again. Then again, neither did you. Do you still dream about it? The question never passed her lips though, she was far too reluctant to wake the woman. She involuntarily jumped a bit at the sound of the nearby door being opened and closed. Two voices, one cockney accented and vaguely familiar, the other better well known were muffled in the nearby room. You and Spike act like your still on a honeymoon. Though...you two probably are in your own little heads. She giggled quietly, nuzzling her face into a sheet of rich red hair.

Little Rain...your gonna be our gift. I promise you, your going to be happy. Your going to be loved, and safe, and accepted. We won't ignore you, or tell you your things you aren't. Now, we won't be perfect, Willow's gonna hound you about school, and me about magic. Oh, plus we'll be overprotective probably, 'cause of Scooby stuff. But..you can forgive us, right? We're gonna do the silly stupid stuff, but that's because your our little girl. A faint smile touched her lips, as tears had sprung in her eyes. Maybe it was silly to be thinking these things, long before the child could understand. But Tara often did, and she knew Willow did the same. Sighing quietly, she buried her face in the long red hair once more, content to drift off to slumber.

I really like the start to this fic. I love reading fics where one of them is pregnant for some reason.

There is also a lot of great imagery and ideas, interesting to find out later on how Oz was killed, you can go a lot of places with that.

thanks for posting, I'll look foreward to more.
