Great update.I feel so bad for Tara.Having to try to be strong for Willow so that she won't feel as devasted by the seperation cause a hurting Willow makes a hurting Tara and visa versa.I do think that Tara is starting to have a hard time keeping this face of strength though.Like when you wrote"Tara opened her eyes and peered over Willow’s shoulder frowning a bit.and I want to come with you. .Anywhow point is they are both trying so hard to do what is the right thing for the other.Im begining to confuse my self now with this banter of mine.Anyway I love it as always.

“Sorry we’re late, got here as fast as we could.” Buffy said running into the high school’s main office with Faith right behind her.



“Buff…why are you here? Not that I’m not glad…” Dawn smiled. She sat holding hands with Tori. “Just…everybody is here.”



“Not Xander and Anya.” Buffy said looking around. She saw the room was filled with Tara, Willow and Joyce, now her and Faith aside from Dawn and Tori.



“So what were you two up too?” Dawn asked Buffy and Faith casually.



“Just training mostly. Giles has Faith working her ass off for the time she’s missed with the whole watcher time.” Buffy laughed but was stopped by a playful punch on her shoulder by Faith.



“Hey, in case you hadn’t noticed, I totally kicked your ass B.” Faith said quirking an eyebrow.



“You so did not, I was caught off guard.” Buffy frowned.



“Isn’t that whole point of having supernatural powers? Being on guard twenty-four seven with your instinct and the whole, ‘my spider sense is tingling’ thingy?” Willow chuckled.



“See?” Faith grinned.



The rest of the gang sat there watching the playful banter between the two slayers and now the witch.



“Stay out of this Will…” Buffy said throwing her best friend a small grin. “Faith…we can go right now…I’ll show you how strong I can be.”



“Oh but B…you’re forgetting something.” Faith moved in closer to the petite blonde. “I already know how strong you are.” She waggled her eyebrows up and down.



A loud coughing came from the corner. “Ok, I didn’t really need to hear that.” Joyce said looking out the window.



“So…are you nervous?” Tara spoke for the first time looking at her sister and Dawn clearly wanting to change the subject.



“A little.” Tori smiled a lopsided smile.



“Don’t worry hazel, B’s strong remember? She’s got your back.” Faith slouched down into a chair beside Willow and Tara.



“Miss Summers and Miss Maclay…Principal Jackson is ready to see all of you now.” The secretary said politely before excusing herself again.

“How fast can you go?” Mikey asked Hadley as they sat outside in the playground by some picnic tables. Lily was sitting right beside Hadley, wanting to make sure nothing would happen to her best friend.



“Fast.” Hadley grinned. “But I’m not allowed to go fast in the house, I almost ran over Brady…she doesn’t need to be runned over or hit again.” Her voice went quiet.



Lily patted Hadley’s shoulder and squinted a bit, because of the sun shining, when she looked at the small blonde. “My mommy said I could have a puppy when Christmas is comes. Maybe Brady and my puppy can play.”



“We can dress them up in little bows.” Hadley got all excited. “Willow is leaving mama and me for a while, and she said I could watch Brady while she’s gone.”



“Guys, can you come over and play at my house this weekend? My dad said I could have friends over for a while.” Mikey sat down on the other side of Hadley.



“Really?” Hadley and Lily’s eyes grew wide with happiness.



“Really, and my mom will make sandwiches.” Mikey said quite proudly.



“My mama would probably say yes, but I still have to go to Lily’s.” Hadley said.



“Hadley, you’re not going to be a broked Angel for the play are you?” Lily asked taking Hadley’s hand and playing with the tiny bracelet on her wrist.



“No, I have to see the doctor’s tomorrow…I may even come back to school without the wheelchair.”



“Can I try it?” Mikey asked bouncing up and down.



“Oh no Mikey. I’m sure it’d be fun, but I believe Hadley has that wheelchair for a reason.” Ms. Emerson said stepping in beside Lily. “It’s really great to have you back in school Hadley, Lily and Mikey here were missing you like crazy.”



Hadley beamed. “I missed school and my friends too.”



“Well I’m glad we still have our Angel of Hope, no one else would fit the part like you do.” Ms. Emerson laughed.



“Are we practicing today?” Lily’s eyes went wide with excitement.



“Yes, after recess we’ll sing and dance.” The teacher couldn’t help but love this particular group of kids. Hadley was always a ball full of energy, Lily was the happiest when Hadley was there, and Mikey brought the strength into the group. Plus they listened and were smart.



“But I can’t dance.” Hadley pointed out.



“Sure you can Had…” Mikey grinned and took both her hands and starting bouncing. Hadley giggled and moved her upper body and her head dancing to imaginary music. “Just like that.”



“Well, I see you found yourself a dancing partner, luckily Lily can dance too…we’ll make it a three way dance number.” Ms. Emerson patted Lily’s head and stepped back a bit. “The bell is going to ring so how about we make our way towards the doors more.”



“Hadley, can you sing to us?” Mikey asked still holding her unoccupied hand while Hadley’s other hand moved her wheelchair slowly.



Ms. Emerson laughed to herself when she heard the small blonde start to sing a bit from behind them.

I can't believe I've missed out on reading this fanfic until yesterday!! It's amazing, I started yesterday morning and finished reading ALL of it at 4 am! its so well written, all the characters are the best!!



If I tried to write down everything that was good about this fic I'd be here till 4 am again so let it just be said that there isnt anything bad about it! it's brilliant!!
