From these two quotes, (the equal amount of mentions as pancakes) it can easily be fanoned that Tara is a raging horse girl.
If you read last week’s poll you’ll know about this weeks because predictability is the korma level spice of life.
I’ve been looking into why someone would create a fursona. After some awkward conversations, a proposition that informed me I was in far too deep and some colourful language, I found that going into various online places asking ‘Is anyone a furry? I just want to talk’, isn’t the wisest option.
However it did tell me one thing. A fursona while seemingly depicted as sexual and/or fun is really something personal.
A way to connect with others. For some the fursona is a mask allowing freedom. For others it is freedom without a mask.
I do criticise Disney a lot but thinking about it they do a decent depiction of the spectrum aspect of Furries.
These are three different Disney owned shows. The first is a father trying to gain a toy back for his daughter and in the process experiencing the fun of their version of the Brony community. The middle is a persona created to help in therapy. The third is sexual.
Community, connection, communication.
Which brings us to this week’s poll –
“Would Tara have a fursona?”
Yes – She invited Willow to ride with her in the horny house. Just sayin’.
No – Willow told her no when she was excited by the horsies galloping at them. No means no. How many decisions does Tara really make by herself.
I abstain again. I feel I know less now than I did two weeks ago.
